Atirir Health Centre IV 2022
This project was at a hospital, where hundreds of birthing mothers were forced to fetch their own water. This had a number of drastic consequences, from basic nutrition to serious health issues and diseases due to a lack of sanitation.
RESOURCEFULNESS
The Uganda crew are absolute masters at using what they have and making it work effectively. We love this because it is alike to the Gospel - we believe no matter your background, mistakes, or your past, God always has a purpose and a plan for His children.
INNOVATION AND ATTITUDE
One of our values at JustCause is to always be innovating; this is something we try to do with every project. With new ideas such as the biogas system come amazing benefits, they require new skills and trades to learn. We are so blessed with a crew committed to learning, doing so with a great attitude of encouragement and joy.

THE RESULTS
At Atirir Health Centre IV, we installed a full OASIS system—providing clean water, sanitation, and restored dignity to mothers in one of life’s most vulnerable moments. What once required women to walk miles for water, is now replaced with local access to water for better overall health and disease prevention.
