LEVITES ACADEMY 2024
The goal here was a bit different from most of our previous projects, with no physical OASIS involved... yet. Daniel from the original Soroti team was sent to launch a sustainable, school-based welding program that equips students with practical fabrication skills, fosters spiritual mentorship, and creates a pathway to economic opportunity.
RELEVANT AND APPLICABLE TRAINING
Students learned to weld desks, doors, and windows—producing real products for the school while gaining practical experience. The program immediately gave back to the campus, turning training into tangible impact.
DANIEL: A PROVEN PROCESS
Daniel helped build one of the first OASIS systems. Now, he’s the lead instructor—proving that the process of apprenticeship and discipleship can multiply. His leadership is shaping the next wave of skilled workers and servant-leaders.
THE RESULTS
The first phase of the welding program at Levites Academy is fully up and running, with students building real desks, windows, doors, and more, gaining hands-on experience. The model has proven both impactful and sustainable—and thanks to additional support, Daniel has been funded for another year to continue leading and expanding the program as we prepare for future growth.
